If you’re reporting a bug, please include:
- Your app version (visible in More → Debug)
- Your device (iPhone 14, Galaxy Watch 5, etc.) and OS version
- A short description of what you expected vs. what happened
- A screenshot if relevant
For privacy questions specifically, use wristbuddyapp+policy@gmail.com instead — same inbox, different tag so we can route it correctly.
Response times
We aim to reply within 2 business days for everything. Bug reports get priority over feature requests, but every message gets read by a human (no support outsourcing, no auto-responders).
Where requests go after we read them
- Bugs → fixed in the next patch release (usually 1–2 weeks)
- Feature requests → added to the public roadmap if they fit the brief (no cloud, no account, lightweight); ignored politely if they don’t
- “Just saying thanks” → makes our week, no reply needed but always read
You don’t need to be an existing user to send feedback. If you’ve been considering the app and have a question, send it.
